Quinoa Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
