Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells
Creamy Alfredo Chicken and Ricotta Stuffed Pasta Shells
Ingredients:
24 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) .
Cook Pasta Shells: Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside .
Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well .
Fill Shells: Fill each pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and arrange in a baking dish .
Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and top with the remaining mozzarella .
Bake: Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top .
Garnish: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving .
