Banana Icebox Cake 
Luscious Layered Banana Cream Delight
Ingredients:

• 1 box vanilla wafers
• 3 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 ripe bananas, sliced
• 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
• 1 1/2 cups cold milk

Directions:

1. Prepare Whipped Cream: In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. Make Banana Pudding: In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
3. Layer Ingredients: In a 9×13 inch dish, layer vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas, and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
4. Set Cake: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cake to set.
