Pizza Quesadillas
Ingredients:
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1 cup marinara sauce
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
– 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/4 cup of marinara sauce over the tortilla.
3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
4. Add a few slices of pepperoni, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the cheese.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano and garlic powder over the toppings.
6. Place another tortilla on top and press down gently.
7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is starting to melt.
8. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
9. Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
