Texas Trash Dip 

Ingredients:
– 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
– 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, undrained
– 1 cup salsa
– 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
– Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
– Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions:1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix, diced green chilies, and salsa. Mix until well blended.
3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the shredded Mexican blend cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the bean mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro, if desired.
7. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
