Cheeseburger Garlic Knot Slider
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet burger seasoning
1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package garlic knots
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onions until browned. Drain excess fat.
Season the beef with burger seasoning.
Cut the garlic knots in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
Top with cooked beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
Place the top halves of the garlic knots over the cheese.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of the garlic knots.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices if desired
