Dill Pickle Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

4 large flour tortillas
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely minced
2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups sliced turkey (optional)
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped dill pickles, onion, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until well blended.
Spread the mixture evenly over the flour tortillas, leaving a small margin at the edge.
Lay out slices of turkey over the cream cheese mixture if using.
Tightly roll up the tortillas and wrap them in plastic wrap.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pieces and serve.
