Delicious Pineapple Upside-Down Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
12 pineapple slices
12 maraschino cherries
1 box yellow cake mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour melted butter evenly into muffin tin, then add brown sugar.
Place a pineapple slice in each cup, and a cherry in the center.
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions and pour over pineapples.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool, then invert onto a tray.
