Gordita Ring
Ingredients:
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 lb ground beef
1 package (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
Unroll the crescent dough; separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a ring with wide ends overlapping on a greased baking sheet, forming a 5-inch circle in the center.
Spoon the ground beef mixture onto the widest part of the dough, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bring the tips of the triangles over the filling and tuck under the base to form a ring.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
