Crispy Cinnamon-Coated Fried Ice Cream
Treat yourself to a truly indulgent dessert with this Crispy Cinnamon-Coated Fried Ice Cream!  Creamy vanilla ice cream encased in a crunchy, cinnamon-flavored crust, then fried to perfection for a delightful contrast of hot and cold in every bite.
 Ingredients:
• 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream (firm, frozen solid)
• 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbsp milk
• Vegetable oil, for frying

• Whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and cherries (optional, for garnish)
 Directions:
1. Prep the Ice Cream Balls: Scoop large balls of vanilla ice cream and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until very firm.
2. Make the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes, cinnamon, and sugar. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
3. Coat the Ice Cream: Once the ice cream scoops are solid, remove them from the freezer. Dip each ball into the egg mixture, then roll in the cinnamon-cornflake mixture until fully coated. Repeat the process to double-coat each ball for extra crispiness. Place them back into the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
4. Fry the Ice Cream: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large heavy-bottomed pot to 375°F (190°C). Carefully place one ice cream ball into the hot oil and fry for 10-15 seconds, just until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with the remaining ice cream balls.
5. Serve: Serve the fried ice cream immediately. Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and a cherry for the ultimate dessert experience!
