Garlic Parmesan Chicken Lasagna Roll-Ups – Try This Savory Delight!
Ingredients:
– 8 lasagna noodles
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
– 2 cups Alfredo sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 egg
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Assemble Roll-Ups: Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each lasagna noodle, then roll up tightly.
