Snickers & Reese’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream Extravaganza!
Growing up, summers were all about enjoying sweet treats with family. This Snickers & Reese’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream takes me back to those joyful days. Let’s make some delicious memories together!
Ingredients:
Cookie Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Ice Cream:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Directions:
In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla, mixing well.
Grad
ually mix in the flour until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips, Snickers, and Reese’s pieces. Set aside.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in the chopped Snickers and Reese’s pieces.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Spread half of the ice cream mixture into the pan.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the ice cream layer.
Spread the remaining ice cream mixture on top, smoothing it out.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
