Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie
Ingredients:
1 prepared chocolate cookie crust
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the peanut butter mixture.
Spread half of the peanut butter cream onto the cookie crust. Sprinkle with half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
Add the remaining peanut butter cream and top with the rest of the peanut butter cups.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
