Ingredients:
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil

– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup butter, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mix bananas, sugars, egg, and oil until well combined.
3. Add dry ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined.
